Would you like to gain practical experience during your studies? Do you want to find out what working life feels like after graduation? Are you still looking for a good topic for your Master Thesis? Even as a working student you can get very close to large projects and customers. And if it fits and you push yourself, then you have a very good chance of getting your first job after graduation.

These are your tasks

  • Support the creation and development of sustainable, value-added analyses, forecasts and models in the retail analytics sector
  • Support the further development of forecasting models and tools
  • Collaboration on data science topics based on big data sources

What you bring with you

  • Studies in (business) mathematics, business informatics, statistics, economics, industrial engineering or only the specialisation of these subjects within a comparable degree programme
  • IT skills in data analysis
  • Strong analytical and communicative skills
  • First experience with tools for data processing and analysis (e.g. R, Python, Scala)
  • First experience with databases

Your availability

  • As a working student you are immediately available up to 20 hours per week, whereby the working time can be flexibly adjusted to your timetable
  • In the semester break up to 40 hours per week is also possible
  • We would be pleased if you would be at our disposal for a period of at least one year
